2 Cups fresh cranberries
1 Cup sugar
1/4 Cup apple brandy


Preheat oven to 275 degrees F. Mix ingredients well in a pyrex dish, cook in oven for an hour and a half. Stir every 20 minutes or so.

Keep in tight container in the fridge. It mellows with age
