1 cup red wine vinegar
1 cup sugar
1 tsp. red pepper
1 cup soy sauce
1 cups peanut oil
2 cups peanuts, chopped


Combine vinegar, sugar, red pepper and soy sauce, stirring well. Add peanut oil and peanuts, blend well.

3 tablespoons peanut butter, at room temperature 1/4 cup water 1 clove garlic, minced or pressed 1/2 to 1 fresh chile, minced, seeds removed for a milder "hot" 2 tablespoons cider or rice vinegar 1 tablespoon honey 1 tablespoon soy sauce 1/4 cup diced tomato 2 teaspoons grated fresh ginger 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice In a blender, puree all the ingredients until smooth and creamy.
