3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/4 cup reduced-calorie mayonnaise
1/4 cup honey
2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons coarse-grained mustard
1 tablespoon rice vinegar


Combine all ingred. in a small bowl; cover and chill thoroughly.

Yield: 1-1/2 cups (25 calories per tbl)

1 1/2 Cups of mayonnaise 1/4 Cup of honey 1/4 Cup of sugar 1/4 cup spicy mustard 1 1/2 tablespoons white vinegar 2 cloves roasted garlic 1/2 cup olive oil Mix ingredients together in a food processor until creamy. Chill.

3 tbsp cider vinegar 3 tbsp honey 6 tbsp mayonnaise 1 tbsp dijon mustard 1 tbsp finely minced onion 1-1/2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley pinch salt 3/4 cup vegetable oil Heat vinegar and honey in heavy small saucepan over low heat, stirring until honey dissolves, or microwave it until honey is dissolved. Pour into bowl and cool. Whisk in mayonnaise, mustard, onion, parsley and salt. Gradually whisk in oil. Can be prepared 3 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate. (Bring to room temperature before using.)
