1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup buttermilk
1/2 teaspoon onion salt
1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
1 teaspoon coarsely ground black pepper
1 teaspoon Ac'cent -- optional
1/2 teaspoon parsley flakes
2 tablespoons finely chopped onions


Stir well and refrigerate until ready to use. Flavor improves upon standing.

1 (4") piece fresh ginger -- peeled 2 tbl. rice wine vinegar 2 tbl. hoisin sauce 2 green onion -- chopped Grate ginger on the smallest holes oa a box grater. To extract the juice, press the grated ginger in a fine sieve set over a small bowl or squeeze it in a piace of cheesecloth. You should have about 1 tbl. ginger juice. Discard pulp. Stir vinegar and hoisin into ginger juice. The sauce can be made up to 3 days in advance; store, covered, in the refrigerator. Pour the dressing over hot or room-temperature
