Salads And Dressings - Chicken Salad

5 cups cooked Chicken, cut in small pieces
1 cup browned slivered Almonds
2 cups seedless Green Grapes, washed and halved
2 cups chopped Celery, chopped

Dressing:
2 cups Mayonnaise
1 pt. Whipped Cream, whipped


Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spread almonds on baking sheet and toast 3 to 5 minutes - until light brown. Cool. Toss all together.

2 cantaloupes 2 cups cooked chicken, cubed 1/2 green pepper, chopped 1 pound seedless grapes 2 stalks of celery, chopped 2 green onions, chopped 1 cup shredded lettuce 1/2 tea. seasoned salt dash of pepper 1/2 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup sour cream Slice cantaloupes in half; remove seeds and chill in refrigerator. Combine remaining ingredients. Using ice cream scoop or large spoon, mound salad in the center of each melon half. Serve on lettuce greens, if desired. Yield: 4 servings Notes: low-fat or non-fat mayo and sour cream may be used for a low-calorie dish.
