2 cans chunky white meat chicken (drained)
juice of one lemon
1 to 2 capfuls of vinegar (accord. to your taste)
Coarse salt
Freshly ground black pepper
2-3 celery stalks, chopped
3 chopped green onions
3-4 Tbl. of pickle relish
1 large cluster of purple grapes
2 Tbl. mayo
1/2 cup chopped pecans


Mix the first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.Add remaining ingredients.

Drain and let cool. Cut in cubes. Add the other ingredients and mix well. Let set in

5 cups cooked Chicken, cut in small pieces 1 cup browned slivered Almonds 2 cups seedless Green Grapes, washed and halved 2 cups chopped Celery, chopped Dressing: 2 cups Mayonnaise 1 pt. Whipped Cream, whipped Preheat oven 350 degrees. Spread almonds on baking sheet and toast 3 to 5 minutes - until light brown. Cool. Toss all together.
