Salads And Dressings - Blueberry, Basil And Balsamic Salad

2 pints cleaned blueberrys
1 cucumber peeled and sliced in half slices
2 pints yellow and red cherry or baby plum toamtoes
3 Tbsps. Basil finely chopped
3 Tbsps. dices red onion finely chopped
Sprinkles of Balsamic vinegar to moisten


Mix the first 5 ingredients gently. Lightly sprinkle on your best balsamic vinegar. Salt and pepper to taste if desired.

Let stand at room temperature for up to 1 hour. Place the blueberries in the bottom

1 bunch arugula, torn 1 head romaine lettuce, torn 3 medium pears, cored and thinly sliced 1/2 cup buttermilk 1/2 cup blue cheese 1 medium garlic clove, minced 1/4 tsp black pepper, ground 3/4 oz chopped walnuts, about 3 tbsp, toasted Divide arugula and romaine among plates. Arrange pears on greens. Combine buttermilk, cheese, garlic and pepper. Toss salad in dressing. Sprinkle with walnuts and serve.
