Pies - Pineapple Cream Cheese Pie

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup chopped pecans
1 (8 oz)can crushed pineapple, partially drained
1 (8 oz) carton Cool Whip®

Cream cheese. Add sugar and mix together thoroughly. Fold in pineapple, pecans, and Cool Whip. Pour into graham crackerpie crust. Chill until firm.

1 unbaked pie crust 1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple (I used the tidbits)with juice 1 Tbsp. corn starch 1/3 cup sugar 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 cup sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 cup milk 1/2 tsp. salt Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.In saucepan, combine pineapple with juice, cornstarch, and sugar. Boil until turns clear and kinda thick. Take off stove and let cool. In mixing bowl, mix together the cream cheese and sugar until well blended. Add eggs one at a time beating well after each addition. Add vanilla, milk, and salt. Blend

1 pound cottage cheese 1 cup pineapple pieces in natural juice 1 envelope gelatin 1 egg 5 packs artificial sweetener 1 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 teaspoon lemon juice Cinnamon Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Put cheese and other ingredients into blender; blend until smooth. Pour into 9 inch pie plate (sprayed with non-stick spray). Sprinkle top of pie with cinnamon and bake for 30 minutes. Cool and refrigerate. Served 8 Calories 80 Serving size 4 ounces. Food Exchanges: 1 lean meat, 1 vegetable
