Pies - Pecan - Pecan Cream Cheese Pie

1 (8-oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
4 medium eggs
6 tablespoon sugar
2 teaspoon vanilla
3/4 cup corn syrup
1 cup pecans, finely chopped
1 9-inch pie crust, unbaked

Soften the cream cheese at room temperature. Cream together in a bowl with 1 egg, 4 tablespoons sugar, and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Keep stirring and beating until everything is well creamed with no lumps.

In a separate bowl, beat together the corn syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3 eggs, and 2 tablespoons sugar. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the pie shell. Level it off, and spread the chopped pecans on top. Pour the other mixture over the pecans.

Bake in a 375°F oven for 35 minutes.

1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla Jell-o pudding (cooked kind) 1 cup corn syrup 3/4 cup evaporated milk 1 egg, slightly beaten 1 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts) 1 unbaked 8 inch pie shell Blend pudding mixture with corn syrup. Gradually add evaporated milk and egg, stirring to blend. Then add pecans. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees until top is firm and just begins to crack, about 40 minutes.
