Pies - Pecan - Jello Pudding Pecan Pie

1 (3 1/4 oz.) pkg. vanilla Jell-o pudding (cooked kind)
1 cup corn syrup
3/4 cup evaporated milk
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 cup chopped pecans (or walnuts)
1 unbaked 8 inch pie shell

Blend pudding mixture with corn syrup. Gradually add evaporated milk and egg, stirring to blend. Then add pecans. Pour into pie shell.

Bake at 375 degrees until top is firm and just begins to crack, about 40 minutes.

In a separate bowl, beat together the corn syrup, 1 teaspoon vanilla, 3 eggs, and 2 tablespoons sugar. Pour the cream cheese mixture into the pie shell. 1 cup sugar 1 cup Karo® light corn syrup 2 Tbl. margarine melted 1 tsp. vanilla 1/8 tsp. salt 1 cup pecan pieces(not wholes, makes better pie) 1 unbaked pie shell Preheat oven to 350° F.In medium bowl, beat eggs, blend in next five ingredients, stir in pecans. Bake in 350 degrees for 55 minutes or until set when gently shook. Cool.
