Fruit - Strawberry - Strawberry Bruschetta

1 (8 oz) loaf baguette-style French bread
1 (8 oz) tub cream cheese
1 tbsp honey
2 cups strawberries, sliced
1/4 c. strawberry jelly

Heat oven to 375*. Cut bread into 24 slice about 1/4 inch thick. Place in a single layer on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake about 10 minutes ot till lightly brown, turning once.

Stir together cream cheese and honey; spread on one side of each bread slice. Arrange strawberry slices on the cheese. Heat jelly in a custard cup in microwave for about 30 seconds; stir. Brush jelly over strawberries. Makes 24 servings.

To make ahead: Toast the bread and store in a covered container at room temp. for up to 2 days or freeze up to 1 month. Stir together cream cheese and honey; cover and refrigerate up to 2 days.

Combine butter mixture and strawberries; beat until smooth. Stir in almonds. Chill until firm. Serve with pancakes

3 cups flour 2 cups sugar 1 tsp. baking soda 1 tsp. cinnamon 1 tsp. salt 2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen strawberries in syrup, thawed 1 cup reserved strawberry juice/syrup 1 cup oil 4 eggs, well beaten Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Combine all dry ingredients and mix well. Make a well in center of mixture and pour all liquid ingredients into it. Mix by hand. Grease and flour two 8"X4" loaf pans. Pour mixture into pans and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hr or until center tests clean. Can be frozen. Slice thinly before completely thawed. Cream Cheese Spread:
