Fruit - Honey Bee Ambrosia

4 oranges, peeled and sliced crosswise
3 bananas, sliced
1/2 cup orange juice
1/4 cup honey
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/4 cup flaked coconut
Marachino cherry halves (for garnish--optional)


Combine oranges and bananas, toosing lightly. Combine orange juice, honey and lemon juice; pour over fruit. Mix well. Sprinkle with coconut, cover and chill at least one hour. Yield: 6 servings
