Eggs - Impossible Zucchini Pie

1 clove garlic, minced
4 eggs, beaten
1 onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
2 medium zucchini, sliced or shredded
1/2 cup grated Romano cheese
1 1/2 cups Bisquick

Preheat oven to 350. Coat an 8" square baking pan with cooking spray.

Mix all ingredients, except Bisquick.Stir in Bisquick and pour into prepared pan. Bake for 45-50 minutes.
