9 oz Swiss milk chocolate (can also sub dark bittersweet chocolate)
1/2 C whipping cream
2 T Grand Marnier (optional)


Break chocolate into small pieces into fondue pot. Add whipping cream. Stir over very low heat until chocolate is melted and mixture is smooth. Serve with a variety of "dippers" such as angel food or pound cake, apples, strawberries, cherries, marshmallows.

2 (3 oz.) bars milk chocolate Toblerone 2 (3 oz.) bars bittersweet Toblerone 3/4 C heavy cream a splash of rum or any flavoring that you like, optionalHeat the cream on the stove till it starts to simmer. Remove from heat and stir in chunks of the chocolate. Add the flavoring at the end and then transfer to a fondue pot to keep warm. Serve it with strawberries, bananas, bing cherries, apples, pears, marshmallows, pound cake, pretzles, graham crackers, etc.

4-5 oz. semisweet chocolate 1/4 c. cream 1 t. Grand Marnier Fruit for dipping: (strawberries, dried apricots, sliced banana, apples, orange sections, chunks of fresh pineapple) Angel Cake or Pound Cake, cubed Butter Cookies (also for dipping) Heat chocolate (broken up) and cream on low, stirring until smooth. Add Grand Marnier. Serve with fruit, cake and cookies as a dessert. (It's wonderful with champagne)
