Desserts - Angel Food Delight

1 cup milk
8 oz. Cool whip
8 oz cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 angel food cake cut into 1 inch cubes
16 oz frozen or fresh strawberries, fruit or pie filling


Mix cream cheese, milk, vanilla, powdered sugar and defrosted whipped topping with a mixer. Pour over cake chunks and mix well. Put into serving dishes and top with fruit

1 (3 1/2 oz.) pkg. instant vanilla pudding 1 c. (8oz) fat-free sour cream 1 c. skim milk 1 pt. light Cool Whip 1/2 of (10") angel food cake, cut into bite-size pieces 2 pt. fresh strawberries Mix pudding mix, sour cream, and milk on low speed 1-2 minutes or until thick. Fold into whip cream. Layer 1/2 cake pieces, 1/3 strawberries, 1/2 pudding mix. Repeatlayer and arrange rest of strawberries on top. Chill 2 hours. Makes 8 servings.
