Dairy - Camembert Baked In A Box

1 small camembert in its wooden box (8 oz.)
1 clove of garlic halved and peeled
White wine

Preheat oven to 200° C/400° F.

Remove cheese from its box and unwrap then place cheese back in box. Smear top of cheese with cut halves of garlic. Make half a dozen tiny holes in rind and drizzle a little white wine into them.

Replace lid and bake in a preheated oven 200c/gas 6 400f for 25-30 minutes or until hot and bubbling.

Serve melted cheese in its box with crusty bread or potatoes cooked to your choice.

1(4 oz.) Camembert 1 loaf sour French bread 1/2 cup butter 1/4 tsp. basil 1/2 tsp. onion salt Combine cheese, butter, basil and onion salt in a saucepan and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes, or until thoroughly blended, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and cool for 10 minutes, or until mixture starts to thicken, stirring occasionally. Slice bread in half lengthwise. Spread cheese mixture on cut surfaces of bread. Put loaf together and spread remaining mixture on top and sides of loaf. Set loaf in pan of foil and bake 5 minutes. Slice and serve hot.

3 Lbs Buffalo (fresh) mozzarella Cheese (with packing milk) 6 to 8 Oz. Sundried Tomatoes in Olive Oil (drained) 1 Can Kalamata Olives 5 to 6 Cloves Garlic 1 Bunch Fresh Basil 2 T Balsamic vinegar Place packing milk and mozzarella cheese balls into a large bowl on top of a pan of simmering water (double boiler) to heat (melt/soften). While cheese is heating, seed and chop (mince or dice) Kalamata Olives and set aside. Drain oil from sundried tomatoes and process with garlic and balsamic vinegar to a fine mince and set aside.
