1 c of brown packed sugar 2 egg's
2 t. vanilla 3 c. flour(all purpose)
1 t.salt 1 t. of bakinsoda
1 c. nuts
1 (12 oz.) pk of chocolate morsel's 1 1 pkg. of hershey's almond kisses

mix shortening thru vanilla well, then stir in the flour little at a time then mix in all except hershey kisses,(for rounder softer cookies add 1/2 c more flour )now scoop dough by tablespoon amounts and take a hershey almond kiss and

1/2 cup shortening 1 cup sugar 1 egg 1 tsp. vanilla extract 3 cups all-purpose flour 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 cup commercial sour cream Sugar Combine shortening, 1 cup sugar, egg, and vanilla; cream until light and fluffy. Combine flour, soda, and salt; blend into creamed mixture. Stir in sour cream, mixing well. Roll dough into 1-inch balls, and place on a lightly greased cookie sheet. Flatten with a fork and sprinkle with sugar. Bake at 350 deg. for 10-12 minutes. Yield: About 5 1/2 dozen
