Cookies - Caramel Bars

1 jar caramel topping for ice cream
12 oz chocolate chips
2 c flour
1/2 c brown sugar
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
2 c quick oats
1 1/2 c melted margarine

Mix ingredients except chocolate chips and caramel and press 1/2 of mixture in 9 1/2 x 13 pan. Bake for 10 min at 350. Remove from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips and drizzle caramel topping then put remaining crumbs on top and bake for 20 min at 350.

3 eggs 1 cup walnuts, chopped 1 lb. semi-sweet chocolate chips 2 1/3 cup flour 2 1/2 tsp. baking powder 1/2 tsp. salt 2/3 cup butter or Oleo 1 lb. package dark brown sugar 1 tsp. vanilla Combine flour, baking powder and salt in a bowl. In a saucepan melt butter, add sugar. Mix well, allow to cool. Add eggs one at a time, beat in well. Stir in flour mix, then add nuts and chocolate chips.
