l-l/2 c crushed pork rinds
3 beaten eggs
l/2 c chopped green onion
3/4 c water
l/4 c heavy cream
l c shredded cheddar cheese
l stick melted butter

2 (12-ounce) Cans white corn 1 (16-ounce) can French style green beans, drained 1/2 cup chopped onions 1/2 cup celery 1/4 cup chopped pepper 3/4 cup grated sharp cheese 1 (8-ounce) carton sour cream Thoroughly mix all ingredients. Place in a greased 13" x 9" oven-proof dish. Heat in 350 degree oven until heated through.

Whisk together: 4 eggs 3 cups low fat milk 1.4 tsp. ground nutmeg Add: 1 loaf French Bread (about 16" long) cubed (about 8 cups) Let mixture stand for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Heat in large nonstick skillet: 2 T. olive oil Add: 3 Large Onions (about 1 1/2lbs. sliced) 1/2 tsp. sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 tsp. pepper Cook over medium-low heat until onion is very tender, about 15 minutes. Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a 9x13x2 inch metal baking pan. Spoon half of bread mixture into prepared baking pan. Top with half of the onion mixture. Repeat with
