Casseroles - Beef - Good Time Charlie

1 lb. ground meat
mashed potatoes
1 can cream corn
butter (several pats)


Make mashed potatoes. Brown ground meat. Spread in bottom of 9 x 9-inch pan. Spread can of cream corn over ground meat. Dab some butter over cream corn, here and there. Spread mashed potatoes over that.
Bake at 350° F. (180° C.) 1/2 hour or until brown and bubbly.

1 pound ground sirloin 2 cans (8 ounces each) tomato sauce or pizza sauce 1 teaspoon oregano 2 cups Bisquick 1 egg 2/3 cup milk 8 slices American cheese 1 can (2 ounces) sliced mushrooms, drained 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease 9x9x2-inch pan. Cook and stir ground beef until brown; drain. Mix in 1 can of tomato or pizza sauce and oregano. Simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes. Keep hot while preparing batter. Stir together baking mix, egg and milk. Spread half of the batter in pan. Pour remaining can of sauce over batter, spreading evenly.
