INGREDIENTS:
6oz Baker's Unsweetened Chocolate Squares.
1 1/2 Sticks Butter.
5 Cups Confectioners Sugar (sifted)
1/2 Cup Cream (or 1/2 and 1/2)
1 Tsp Pure Vanilla Extract.


INSTRUCTIONS:
Melt chocolate and butter in a small sauce pan over low heat.

In a bowl beat the sugar, cream and vanilla with an electric mixer.

Add the melted chocolate and beat until fluffy.

1/3 cup butter or margarine, softened 3 1/2 cups confectioners' sugar 3-4 tablespoons light cream or milk 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract In medium bowl, with mixer at medium speed, or with wooden spoon, beat butter with sugar, 3 tablespoons of cream/milk, and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. If frosting seems too thick to spread, gradually beat in a little more cream/milk. Makes enough to fill and frost an 8" or 9" two layer cake; or to frost a 13 X 9 X 2-inch cake.

Bring to a boil 1 stick butter, 6 T milk, 2 T cocoa. Add all at once to l lb powdered sugar. Add l t vanilla and l cup chopped nuts. Beat well. Spread on cake as soonas it comes out of the oven. Nuts are optional.
