1 c. granulated sugar 1 c. brown sugar, packed 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. evaporated milk 2 Tbsp. light corn syrup 3 Tbsp. butter 1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional) Combine sugar and salt in 4-cup measure (glass) or 3 to 3-1/2-quart casserole. Domino confectioners sugar 2 tsp. vanilla 1 tsp. almond extract 3/4 tsp. salt 1/4 to 1/3 c. nondairy coffee creamer (such as Cremora) 1/3 to 1/2 c. water Mix together until well blended.
