Cakesandfrostings - Cake Heavenly Hash

Ingredients~
8 oz. butter
2 cups sugar
4 eggs - slightly beaten
4 tablespoons cocoa
1 1/2 cups self raising flour
1 cup pecans - chopped
1 packet mini-marshmallows

Method~
Mix all ingredients, except marshmallows, well. Pour into a greased and floured cake tin. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes in a 180*C (350*F) oven. When baked and while still hot, cover with the Marshmallows. Place in the oven until they melt some.


Icing:

4 tablespoons cocoa
4 tablespoons evaporated milk
4 ozs. butter
16 ozs. icing sugar

1 cup flour 1/2 cup butter Topping: 2 tbsp. flour 2 eggs 1 cup brown sugar 1/2 tsp baking powder 1 cup each chopped nuts, coconut and chopped dates Mix the flour and butter until crumbly. Pat into the bottom of a 9 x 9-inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients and spread on top of base. Bake in 375 oven for 20-30 mins. Frost when cold.

1 pkg (2-layer size) chocolate cake mix (not pudding in the mix variety) 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa 3 eggs 1 1/3 cups water 1 cup Miracle Whip or Miracle Whip Light dressing Cool Whip, thawed Stir cake mix and cocoa in large mixing bowl; add eggs, water and dressing. Beat with electric mixer on low speed30 seconds, scraping bowl frequently. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes longer. Grease and flour 2 9" round cake pans. Line bottom of pans with wax paper. Pour batter into prepared pans. Bake at 350° for 30-35 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out
