Breakfastandbrunches - French Toast - Oven Fried Crunchy French Toast

2 eggs
2 T plain or vanilla yogurt
2 C sweetened cereal, crushed (i.e. Frosted Flakes)
1/4 t cinnamon
4 slices bread


Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly spray with Pam.

Whisk together eggs, yogurt, cinnamon. Spread cereal on waxed paper. Coat bread with egg mixture, then cereal.

Bake 12 min to crispy.
