Appetizers - Dip Reuben Dip Recipes By Cssr215

1 (16 oz.) can sauerkraut, drained and cut into smaller pieces
1/4 cup sour cream
1 (3oz.) cream cheese
1 (8 0z.) package Swiss cheese, shredded
2 pkgs. corn beef, cut up


Mix and heat. Serve on rye crackers or cocktail bread.




Salsa Reuben Dip

1 (8oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 cup sour cream
1 cup Old El Paso® medium thick 'n' chunky salsa
1 (4 oz.) pkg. finely chopped deli corn beef
3/4 cup shredded Swiss cheese
1/2 cup sauerkraut, rinsed, drained and chopped
1-2 cloves of garlic, minced
Salt and pepper if desired


Heat oven to 350 degress. In large bowl combine cream cheese, sour cream and salsa. Beat on low speed until well-blended. Add all remaining ingredients and beat again on slow speed until well-blended.

Spoon mixture into ungreased 9-10 inch pei pan. Bake at 350 degress for 20-30 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Serve warm with cocktail rye bread or tortilla chips.

1 envelope Lipton onion-mushroom recipe soup mix 1/2 pt. sour cream 1/2 tsp. basil leaves 1 (7 oz.) jar roasted red peppers, packed in oil -- undrained 1/4 tsp. oregano In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients and blend until smooth. Chill at least 2 hours. Makes about 2 cups dip.
