Appetizers - Bread - Bacon Monkey Bread

10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
1/2 cup grated parmesan
1/4 cup each onion and red pepper, chopped
3 (10 oz.) cans buttermilk biscuits, cut into 1/4's
1/2 cup butter, melted


Combine 1st 4 ingredients. Then toss biscuit 1/4's in mix. Put in greased Bundt pan and pour butter over all. Bake for 35-40 minutes at 350. Invert onto plate and serve warm.

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Crescent Rolls 6 oz. cream cheese, softened 1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled 2 Tbs. chopped sweet onion, (or green onion) 1/8 c. Parmesan cheese, grated Preheat oven 350 degrees F.Mix all except cresent rolls together. Divide crescent rolls into 4 rectangles. Seal perforations. Spread 1/4 mix on each rectangle. Roll up length ways and cut into 1" pieces. Bake in preheated oven at 350 about 15 min. Serve warm.

Recipe courtesy Delores Bell 6 slices bacon 1 cup Parmesan or Romano cheese, freshly grated 12 dried breadsticks, medium thickness Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.Cut slice of bacon in half (vertically). Dip bacon in cheese and wrap around breadstick, cheese against bread. Dip outside of bacon-breadstick in cheese also. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven until bacon is crisp. Serve cold or warm.
