Appetizers - Beef - Spicy Beef Roll Ups

8oz container onion & chive flavored soft cream cheese
4 large flour tortilla(10")
1/2 cup A1 bold and spicy steak sauce(i used regular A1)
1/2 cup chopped celery
3/4 pound thin sliced deli roast beef

Spread cream cheese on tortilla leaving 1/2" border around edge.

Spread on steak sauce, sprinkle with celery and top with beef.

Roll up tightly and wrap in plactic.

Refrig for 1-3 hours.

To serve cut into 4 pieces on the diagaonal.

Ingredients: 1 sheet puff pastry (8 1/2 ounces), thawed 1/4 cup Dijon Mustard 6 slices Swiss cheese (3 ounces) 6 slices deli corned beef (6 ounces) 1 egg, beaten 1 tablespoon caraway seed Additional Dijon Mustard Method: Roll pastry to 12 x 10-inch rectangle. Spread mustard evenly over dough; top with cheese and corned beef. Cut in half crosswise to form 2 (10 x 6-inch) rectangles. Roll up each rectangle from short end, jelly-roll fashion; pinch seams to seal. Cut each roll into 16 (1/4-inch thick) slices. Place slices, cut-side up, on lightly greased baking sheets;

1 (10 oz) tube refrigerated biscuits1 lb. ground beef1/2 cup ketchup3 tablespoons brown sugar1 tablespoon cider vinegar1/2 teaspoon chili powder1 cup shredded Cheddar cheesePreheat oven to 375° F and grease muffin tin.Separate dough into 10 biscuits, flatten into 5 inch circles. Press each into the bottom and up sides of prepared tin; set aside. In skillet, brown ground beef; drain. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and chili powder; stir till smooth and add to meat, mixing well. Divide meat mixture into biscuit lined cups. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 18-20 minutes.
