Appetizers - Beef - Sloppy Joe Muffins

1 (10 oz) tube refrigerated biscuits
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 cup ketchup
3 tablespoons brown sugar
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon chili powder
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 375° F and grease muffin tin.

Separate dough into 10 biscuits, flatten into 5 inch circles. Press each into the bottom and up sides of prepared tin; set aside.

In skillet, brown ground beef; drain. In a small bowl, combine ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar and chili powder; stir till smooth and add to meat, mixing well.

Divide meat mixture into biscuit lined cups. Sprinkle with cheese and bake for 18-20 minutes. Cool 5 minutes before removing from pan.

8oz container onion & chive flavored soft cream cheese 4 large flour tortilla(10") 1/2 cup A1 bold and spicy steak sauce(i used regular A1) 1/2 cup chopped celery 3/4 pound thin sliced deli roast beef Spread cream cheese on tortilla leaving 1/2" border around edge. Spread on steak sauce, sprinkle with celery and top with beef.Roll up tightly and wrap in plactic. Refrig for 1-3 hours.To serve cut into 4 pieces on the diagaonal.

1 lb ground beef1 medium onion, chopped1 medium head of cabbage, shredded 1 (1 lb) loaf of frozen bread dough, or hot roll dough, thawedPreheat oven to temperature specified on bread dough or hot roll dough.Lightly grease a cookie sheet.Brown beef in a skillet. Remove beef and set aside.Saute onion in drippings until lightly browned, then drain and reserve. Discard drippings.In a bowl, combine beef, onion and cabbage. Tear off a chunk of bread or hot roll dough and flatten to about size of a small hamburger bun.Place 1/4 cup beef mixture on top, and cover with another flattened dough ball.
