Vegetables - Zucchini Fritters
2 cups grated zucchini1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
3 Tablespoons parmesan cheese
2 egg, beaten
1 cup flour
1 cup oil
Combine all ingredients except oil. Heat oil in skillet and drop squash into hot oil and fry until golden brown.
