Vegetables - Zucchini Chocolate Cake
1/2 cup margarine1/2 cup oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1-3/4 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup sour cream
2 1/2 cups flour
4 Tbs. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 cups grated zucchini
1/2 cup milk, mixed with 2 tsp. vinegar
Topping:
1/2 cup sugar
1 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup chopped nuts
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.Grease a 9x13 pan.
Mix cake ingredients together; beat 1 minute. Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
Sprinkle with topping ingredients on the top before baking.
Bake at 350 for 35 to 40 minutes.
