16 oz pkg. angel hair pasta
3 large ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
1/3 c olive oil or vegetable oil
1/4 c grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 c minced fresh parsley
1 to 2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp minced fresh basil
1/4 tsp garlic salt

Cook pasta according to package.

Combine remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Rinse and drain pasta. Add pasta to other ingredients and toss to coat. Serve immediately.

8 to 10 servings
