Vegetables - Ranch Potatoes

4 medium baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/4" slices
1 cup ranch salad dressing
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 cup dry bread crumbs


Preheat oven to 375° F. and grease a 13 x 9” baking dish.

Toss potatoes with dressing, salt, and pepper. Place in prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with bread crumbs.

Cover and bake for 30 minutes. Uncover and bake 20 minutes longer or until potatoes are tender.

Yield: 4-6 servings.

Pour over potatoes (sliced into a big bowl) and mix well, making sure all potatoes are covered with sauce. (shake in a dash of cayenne and Worcestershire sauce for a bit more kick).
