12 Baby red potatoes, boiled 12-15 minutes, drained and cooled a bit
1 tsp. dried basil
3 T. butter, melted
2 green onions, chopped
1/4 tsp each salt and pepper


Combine the basil, butter, onion, salt and pepper in a small saucepan; heat until butter melts. Pour melted mixture over cooked spuds and toss to coat. Skewer spuds onto skewers (4 each) and place onto med-high barbeque grill; 4 minutes each side until crispy and done.

1 London broil (5-6 pounds) 1 can beer McCormicks Montreal steak seasoning minced garlic Place meat in a gallon zipper top bag. Pour in beer and shake on a liberal amount of Montreal and add garlic to taste. Seal bag and place in fridge. Plan on marinating for a minimum of 3-4 hours (the longer the better!), turning over occasionally. Grill over medium heat until desired doneness is reached.

1 pound unpeeled round red potatoes -- (4 medium) 1/4 cup water 1/2 cup chopped onion 3 tablespoons barbecue sauce Cut potatoes into 1-inch chunks. Combine potato and water in a 2-quart casserole. Cover with casserole lid, and microwave at HIGH for 7 minutes, stirring after 3-1/2 minutes. Add onion; cover and microwave at HIGH for 3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in barbecue sauce; cover and microwave at HIGH for 2 minutes.
