Vegetables - Easy Potatoes Au Gratin

1/2 lb. Velvetta cheese
1 pint of half and half cream
1 (4 1/2oz.) pkg. shredded cheddar cheese
1 stick butter
1 (2lb.) pkg. frozen hash brown potatoes


Melt first 4 ingredients in a saucepan.

Place frozen hash browns in a 9x13 dish.

Pour cheese mixture over potatoes and bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.

1 (32 oz.) bag frozen tater tots 1 lb. hamburger 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1/2 can of milk (sour cream to add to taste, when served) Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.Pour tater tots in 13x9x2-in. baking dish. Brown hamburger; drain. Pour hamburger on top of tater tots. Heat up soup and milk; pour on top of tater tots and hamburger. Heat in oven, 350 degrees until bubbles and browns a little. Top with sour cream, if desired, when served.

8 cooked potatoes -- peeled and diced 1 pound shredded Cheddar cheese 1 cup mayonnaise 1/2 cup chopped onion Salt and pepper -- to taste 1/2 pound bacon -- diced 1/4 cup stuffed olives – sliced Preheat oven to 325° F.Combine first 5 ingredients and place in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish. Bake 30 minutes at 325 F; then top with cooked, diced bacon and bake 30 minutes longer. Serves 6
