Vegetables - Cabbage - Creamy Sweet And Sour Cole Slaw

1 head cabbage, shredded
1/4 cup grated carrot
2 cups Kraft salad dressing (mayonnaise)
1/2 cup sugar
2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
1 tablespoon dry mustard
1 teaspoon white pepper
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon celery seed


Toss the cabbage and carrot in a bowl. Mix salad dressing, sugar, horseradish, dry mustard, white pepper, salt, garlic powder and celery seeds in a bowl. Add to cabbage mixture and mix well. Chill, covered, until serving time. 6-8 servings.

In large skillet, brown ground beef and onion; drain. Add cabbage, salt, and pepper. Cover; cook over medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes or until crisp-tender, stirring occasionally. Cool; stir in cheese. Separate dough into 16 triangles; press or roll each

1 c sour cream 6 T mayonnaise 1/4 c finely chopped fresh chives 3 1/2 T white wine vinegar 3 T minced shallots 3 T sugar 1 t salt 1 t paprika 1/2 t ground black pepper 2-pound head green cabbage, thinly sliced (about 14 cups) Blend first 9 ingredients in blender. Place cabbage in large bowl. Pour dressing over cabbage and toss to combine. Cover and refrigerate at least 3 hours and up to 8 hours, tossing occasionally.
