Vegetables - Broccoli - Chicken Broccoli Roll-ups

1 can (10 3/4 oz) Cream of Chicken Soup
1 c Milk
2 Boiled chicken breasts
1 pk Frozen broccoli, thawed
1 c Shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can Durkee French fried onions
6 small 7 inch flour tortillas

Combine soup and milk; set aside. Combine chicken, thawed broccoli, 1/2 cup cheese, and 1/2 can of French fried onions. Stir in 3/4 cup soup mixture. Divide chicken mixture evenly between tortillas and roll up. Place tortilla, seam side down, in lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake, covered, at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or microwave for 10 minutes. After baking, top center of tortillas with remaining cheese and onions; bake another 5 minutes.

1 (10-3/4 oz.) can cream of chicken soup 1/2 cup Best foods mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon lemon juice 1 teaspoon curry powder (or more to taste)10 oz. Blanched broccoli3 large chicken breasts, cooked and boned1 cup shredded sharp Cheddar cheese Preheat oven to 325 degrees.Blend together: soup, mayonnaise, lemon juice and curry powder. Place broccoli in a baking dish. Cover with chicken. Pour sauce over and top with cheese. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 325°F. for 20 to 25 minutes. Tips: Barely blanch broccoli, just enough to turn it dark green or it will over cook.
