Vegetables - Bbq Garlic Potatoes

6 large potatoes, cubed
4 tablespoons garlic
4 tablespoons onions, minced
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons pepper
8 tablespoons margarine


Form 2 large pieces of heavy duty foil into bowl shapes. Divide potatoes equally among the two packages. Divide the garlic, onion, salt and pepper and sprinkle on top of potatoes. Top each package with 4 tablespoons of margarine. >Seal the foil in the shape of a Hershey's Kiss.
