Vegetables - Aussie Fries

2 lb. bag frozen french fries
2 cups colby jack cheese - shredded
1 pkg. Bacon - cooked & cut into pieces

Dip:
Ranch salad dressing


Cook the fries in a Fry Daddy. Frying in small batches until golden brown.

Place on a cookie sheet and salt them.

Sprinkle on cheese and bacon.

Put into a warm oven til cheese begins melting.

6 large potatoes, cubed 4 tablespoons garlic 4 tablespoons onions, minced 1 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons pepper 8 tablespoons margarine Form 2 large pieces of heavy duty foil into bowl shapes. Divide potatoes equally among the two packages. Divide the garlic, onion, salt and pepper and sprinkle on top of potatoes. 1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix 1 Cup Warm mashed potatoes 1/2 Cup Butter or margarine 1 Cup Flour Preheat oven to 375°. In bowl, combine soup mix with potatoes, butter and flour. On floured board, roll dough to 1/4 inch thickness. Cut into shapes with cookie cutters. Place on ungreased baking sheet. Bake 12 minutes. Makes about 4 dozen appetizers.
