Vegetables - Asparagus Impossible Pie
2 cups cooked asparagus, cut up1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onions
3/4 cup Bisquick®
3 eggs
1 1/2 cups milk
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.Grease a pie plate.
Combine first 3 ingredients and place in pie plate.
Blend remaining ingredients and pour over asparagus mixture.
Bake at 400 degrees for 35-40 minutes.

Cover and heat to boiling; lower heat, cook for 5 minutes, drain. Beat egg with 2 tablespoons water, and garlic. Crush crackers into fine crumbs. Dip asparagus in egg mixture, then into crumbs.
