Southwestern - Rancho Nachos
1 (8-oz) pkg. tortilla chips3/4 cup ranch salad dressing
6 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup sliced green onions
Preheat oven to 350 F.
Arrange chips in shallow baking dish. Drizzle salad dressing over chips.Sprinkle with cheese and green onions.
Bake at 350 deg. for 8 minutes or until cheese melts.
May also be topped with sliced black olives, jalapeno peppers or finely chopped green peppers.
