Chili with pumpkin

4 Cup Water
1 can Tomato, crushed (28 oz.)
3 can Red Kidney Beans (16 oz.)
1 can Solid pack Pumpkin (16 oz.)
1 Cup Onion, Chopped
1 Cup Red Bell Pepper, Chopped
1 Cup Bulgur wheat, uncooked
1 Cup Green chilies, chopped
1 Tbs. Chili powder
1 tsp. Garlic, minced
1 tsp. ground Cumin
1 tsp. salt

Drain and rinse the beans. Put all ingredients into a pot and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 35 minutes.
