2 large beets, peeled & shredded
1 carrot, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 cup coarsely shredded cabbage
1 potato, chopped
Enough water to cover

2 tbsp beef or vegetable bouillon powder
1/2 cup boiling water
2 tsp lemon juice
1/2 tsp dillweed
2 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1 can of white kidney beans, drained

3 medium parsnips - peeled and chopped 1 onion chopped little oil 1 large tabsp good curry paste hot water salt and pepper vegetable or chicken stock cube In a large thick bottomed pot, warm the oil and throw in the veggies, cook for 10 minutes to sweat, add the curry paste and stir through. 1 T butter 1 med. onion 3 cloves minced garlic 7 poblano peppers, (seeded, roasted, peeled and chopped)* 1 medium tomato diced salt and pepper to taste 1 medium cooked and diced potato vegetable oil for sauteeing 2 (16 oz) cans chicken broth 3 oz Velvetta cheese diced 2 cups frozen whole corn Melt butter and add vegetable oil to saute pan and saute onion, garlic and peppers for 3 to 5 minutes until onion is translucent.
