Soups - Taco Soup

1 lb. ground beef, browned
2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (14 to 15 oz.) can corn (undrained)
1 (15 to 16 oz.) can kidney beans (use the juice)
1 (14 to 15 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
4 cups water
2 packets taco seasoning
shredded cheddar cheese
sour cream
tortilla chips

Combine all ingredients and simmer for at least an hour. Serve over tortilla chips. Top with cheese and sour cream.

Recipe attributed to Roxanne Barone 2 lb ground beef 1 medium onion, finely chopped 1 can, 28 oz, tomatoes 1 can, 15 oz, tomato sauce 1 c water 1 can, 15 oz, pinto beans, rinsed and drained 1 can, 15 1/4 oz, whole kernel corn, drained 1 envelope taco seasoning Optional ingredients: Shredded cheddar cheese sliced avocado chopped tomato Serve with: corn chips Brown ground beef and onion in large sauce pan; drain.
