Snacks - Popcorn - Hot Popcorn

10 cups freshly popped popcorn
1 teaspoon paprika
3/4 teaspoon chile powder (or your favorite powder!)
3/4 teaspoon ground cumin
4 tablespoons butter -- melted
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese -- grated
salt -- to taste

Put popped corn into a large serving bowl. Sprinkle the paprika, chile powder and cumin over the popcorn and toss to mix. Pour the melted butter over the top then sprinkle with the Parmesan cheese. Toss well again. Serve warm. Makes 10 cups.

2 1/2 quarts popped white popcorn 1 cup light corn syrup 1/2 cup sugar 1 (3 ounce) pkg. strawberry gelatin Place popcorn in a large lightly buttered bowl. Combine syrup and sugar in a medium-size saucepan. Bring to a boil and then boil for one minute. Stir in gelatin until dissolved. Pour over popcorn and mix until popcorn is well coated. Spread out on a large greased cookie sheet. Let cool. Break into small clusters.

14 Cups Popcorn 1 1/2 C. M & M's or Reese's Pieces 1 Cup Raisins 1 lb. Vanilla Coating, melted (sold in confectioners' stores) Mix together popcorn, candy and raisins. Pour melted coating over mix and toss. Spread on greased cookie sheet. Cool and break apart.
