Snacks - Peanut Butter Granola
1 cup peanut butter1 cup brown sugar
1 cup coconut
1/2 cup peanuts
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup slivered almonds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
4 cups of oats
Preheat oven to 350° F.
Melt 1 cup peanut butter in a large pan in the oven. When melted add the other ingredients. Bake at 350 for an hour stirring every ten minutes so it doesn't burn.
If you want it clumpy, when cooled, melt 1/2 cup of peanut butter and mix it in to the granola.
