Garlic powder


Slice hot dogs in 1/4-1/2 inch pieces. Spread on paper towel and sprinkle lightly with garlic salt. Microwave 1-3 minutes, they should be dry but not crisp. They puff up when cooking, after 2 minutes let them sit a minute to see how dry they are after they go down. They are like a stiff rubber when done.

2 cups whole wheat flour 1/2 cup beef or chicken broth 1 egg 1/2 teaspoon onion salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder Mix dry ingredients together. Add egg and enough broth to moisten. Roll dough into a ball on a floured suface. Roll dough out and cut with cookie cutter. Place on a microwave-safe baking dish in a single layer. Bake on HIGH in microwave for 10 minutes or until firm. Let biscuits cool and harden.

2 (32 oz). containers plain or vanilla yogurt 1 Small (6 oz.) can of tuna in water 2 Teaspoons of garlic powder 24 (3 oz). Plastic (not paper) bathroom cups Open yogurt containers. If they are full to top, use a spoon to scoop out 4oz. from each. Save for another use. Divide tuna between yogurt containers. Add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder to each container. Mix each container thoroughly. Use a spoon to scoop mixture into bathroom cups. Place on tray and pop in freezer overnight. Makes approximately 24 treats.
