Snacks - Crispix Mix

20 oz. white chocolate
6 cups Crispix
16 oz. plain M&M's
2 cups dry roasted peanuts
2 cups small pretzels


Melt chocolate, stirring every minute. Combine other ingredients in large bowl. Pour melted chocolate over and stir. Spread on waxed paper to dry. Break into chunks and store in ziploc type bag.

3 cups pretzel sticks 4 cups wheat Chex 4 cups Cheerios 1 can (13 oz.) salted peanuts 1/2 tsp. seasoned salt 1 tsp. celery salt 1 tsp. garlic salt 2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese 1/4 cup melted butter Mix together pretzels, cereals, and peanuts in large mixing bowl or slow cooking pot. Sprinkle with garlic salt, celery salt, seasoned salt and cheese. Pour melted butter over all. Toss until well mixed. Cover and cook in crockpot on low 3 to 4 hours. Uncover the last 30 to 40 minutes. Makes 3 quarts.

11 whole cinnamon graham crackers, broken in bite-size pieces 1 (17.9 oz.) pkg. Crispix cereal 1 cup miniature pretzels 1 cup pecan halves 2/3 cup butter or margarine -- melted 1/2 cup honey 1 cup vanilla or butterscotch baking chips Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease two 15x10" baking sheets.In a large bowl, combine graham crackers, ceral, pretzels, and pecans. Combine butter and honey; drizzle over cracker mixture and mix well. Transfer to baking pans and bake for 12-15 minutes, stirring once. Cool completely. Stir in chips. Yield: about 6 qts - -
