Snacks - Baked Caramel Corn

6 quarts popped JOLLY TIME Pop Corn
1 cup (2 sticks) butter or margarine
2 cups firmly-packed brown sugar
1/2 cup light or dark corn syrup
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon vanilla

Preheat oven to 250 degree F. Coat the bottom and sides of a large roasting pan with a nonstick vegetable spray. Place popped pop corn in roasting pan.

In a heavy pan, slowly melt butter; stir in brown sugar, corn syrup and salt. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; boil without stirring for 5 minutes. Remove from heat; stir in baking soda and vanilla. Gradually pour over pop corn, mixing well. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Remove from oven; cool completely then break apart.

Makes about 6 quarts.

2 1/2 quarts popped popcorn 1/4 cup melted butter 1 teaspoon paprika 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper 1 teaspoon lemon pepper Preheat oven to 300 degrees F.Pour butter over warm popcorn. Combine remaining seasonings and sprinkle over popcorn. Toss to mix. Bake at 300° F for about 7 to 10 minutes for crispy popcorn, if desired. Makes 2 1/2 quarts. 3-bags of microwave popcorn 1- large bag of Fritos corn chips 1-large bag pretzels 1-package of Almond Bark (white, 1-lb., 8 oz size) Make popcorn and remove all the unpopped kernals. Put in a large paper bag. Add Fritos and pretzels; mix. Melt Amond bark in the microwave. Pour a portion over the mixture in the paper bag and shake or mix with your hands.Keep adding and shaking/mixing until almond bark is mixed in to popcorn mixture. Pour out onto a cookie sheet to dry and cool. Store in an airtight container. This will make 4-gallon
