Sauces - Dipping Sauce - Jalapeno Mustard Dipping Sauce

3 beaten eggs
1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
6 Tbsp. granulated sugar
2 Tbsp. spicy mustard
2 Tbsp. jalapeno mustard
1 cup vinegar
2 1/2 Tbsp. butter


Combine and blend the first 4 ingredients in a medium size saucepan. Blend in vinegar then the butter. Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened.
