Sauces - Baked Potato Topping

1 cup low-fat plain yogurt
grated zest of 1/2 lemon
juice of 1/2 lemon
2 tbl. finally chopped chives or green onion
1 medium garlic clove, minced


Combine all ingredients and serve on baked potatoes.
